This is an exercise that will help to reduce your waistline by a couple of inches very quickly, but it will not be something that can be used to get washboard abdominals.
It is the slow and steady that is going to win the race as far as your weight loss is concerned. Doing an exercise to get a flat stomach, such as crunches or situps may not be as effective as doing other exercises which will boost your metabolism further. Try working out the larger muscles of your body, the legs. This will help you to burn calories all day long and will boost your metabolism in an amazing way. Before you know it, you will start to see that belly fat disappear.
